Paul Cosiano, LCSW is a clinically trained Licensed Social Worker specializing in psychotherapy with adults. He has experience treating individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Depressive Disorders, Hoarding, and specific phobias. Additionally, Paul helps individuals manage life stress, relationships, and life transitions.

Paul utilizes a specialized approach in therapy, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy into evidenced based approaches tailored to each person's needs. These more specialized approaches include Exposure and Response Prevention, Prolonged Exposure, Behavioral Activation, CBT-Focused Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. Paul is passionate about providing the most effective and evidence-based treatments to his patients and consistently finds ways to expand his skillset as a therapist.

After graduating from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Paul transitioned to pursue his passion in helping others with their mental health and earned a Master's degree from The Ohio State University College of Social Work. Paul has 5 years of experience in the mental health field and has worked in a variety of settings including: partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient (OP).

Paul lives in Atlanta, Georgia. When not working, Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and watching sports.
